FIGHT1 sign a historic partnership with Muay Thai Grand Prix!
Carlo Di Blasi and Philip Tieu met months ago to establish the general terms of this partnership that will guarantee the best talents made in Fight1 the opportunity to compete on an international level.
In fact, we recall that at the same time the founder and CEO of ONE ChampionshipChatri Sityodtong agreed to Muay Thai Grand Prix the organization of the Road TO ONE project in the UK which, added to the itinerant Road TO ONE Europe project organized by Carlo Di Blasi throughout the old continent. It strengthens the European presence of the Singapore giant and offers new interesting growth prospects to our fighters.
The first two Italian fighters to inaugurate the partnership will be Michele Antonino (Team Calzolari) and Jacopo Tarantino (Team il Culto) who will respectively compete against Josh Hill on July 9 in London and Joe Ryan on August 6 in Bolton for a match. on the 5 rounds valid for the international MTGP title.

It is thanks to the good offices of Paul Henessey and to the organization of the first event of the Road TO ONE UK project with the presence of Chatri Sityodtong that we were able to get in tune with the world of Muay Thai Grand Prix and lay the foundations for a an agreement that has the numbers to change the life and career of many of our fighters “.

“I met Carlos Di Blasi a while ago and straight away we had a good connection, shared the same mindset, vision and passion for Muay Thai & kickboxing, we want to promote and spread the art to a wider audience, giving more opportunities to fighters and helping them achieve what they truly deserve. With our relationship with One Championship and Carlos also being part of the One organization it was only natural to partner up, with the best in Italy and Europe, already we are bringing the best Italian fighters to MTGP, July 10th we have Italian champion Antonio fighting the very talented UK fighter Josh Hill and we have the veteran Tarintino fighting top UK prospect in Joe Ryan.
Next stop will be MTGP teaming up with fight 1 in Sicily on July 30th”.
